By accessing or using the VASMYST website (vasmyst.com) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place any orders.

VASMYST sells premium-quality football kits and related sportswear. All products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are representative — colors may vary slightly based on your screen settings. We clearly label fan versions and player versions in product descriptions.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST where applicable. VASMYST reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and digital wallets. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the total amount including any applicable taxes and shipping.

Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition. Full details are in our Returns Policy and Refund Policy.

VASMYST's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to cases of fraud or intentional misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
