Refund Policy
Clear, fair, and no-hassle. Here's how refunds work at VASMYST.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email returns@vasmyst.com with your order number and reason. Returns initiated after 7 days will not be accepted unless the item is defective.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue store credits unless explicitly requested. UPI refunds typically appear within 24 hours; card refunds may take 5–7 banking days depending on your bank.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact us.
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items with tags removed
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned after the 7-day window without prior arrangement
1. Email returns@vasmyst.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Attach photos if the item is defective or incorrect
4. We'll confirm your return and send a shipping address within 24 hours
5. Ship the item back; refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
