How long does delivery take?

We deliver across India in 5–7 working days from the date of payment confirmation. Most metro areas receive orders within 4–5 days. A tracking link is sent via email once your order is dispatched.

Can I return a jersey?

Yes — 7-day easy returns from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Email returns@vasmyst.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Are these official kits?

VASMYST stocks premium-quality fan versions of football kits — the same jerseys worn by supporters worldwide, designed for comfortable everyday wear. We always describe our products clearly as fan versions or player versions. We never misrepresent what we sell.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD is coming soon. Currently, all orders are prepaid via Razorpay — India's leading payment gateway. We support UPI (BHIM, GPay, PhonePe), credit/debit cards, netbanking, and popular wallets.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Click the link to follow your package in real-time. If you didn't receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or email support@vasmyst.com.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

How do I contact support?
