Every kit we sell is sourced, quality-checked, and honestly described. Here's exactly what that means.
Every kit listed on VASMYST is physically sourced and quality-checked before it appears on the site. We inspect construction quality, crest accuracy, colorway fidelity, and packaging before any product is listed for sale.
We describe all kits clearly. Most of our catalog consists of premium fan versions — these are the jerseys designed for supporters, not the match-day player version worn on the pitch. Fan versions have a regular athletic fit, are comfortable for everyday wear, and are what the vast majority of football fans buy worldwide. Where we stock player/authentic versions, this is always stated explicitly.
We will never claim a product is something it isn't. No vague language, no inflated descriptions, no fake “official” claims unless we can back them up. If you ever find a product description that you believe is inaccurate, email us and we'll correct it immediately.
If you believe there's a quality issue with any product you've received from VASMYST, email support@vasmyst.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We take all quality complaints seriously and will resolve them — with a replacement or full refund — promptly.
VASMYST is built for football fans by football fans. We'd rather sell fewer kits with honest descriptions than move volume with misleading claims. If a kit isn't right for you, we'll say so. Your trust matters more than any single sale.
