Returns
We want you to love your kit. If something isn't right, here's how to make it right.
You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is defective or was incorrectly described.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed are not eligible for return.
Email returns@vasmyst.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. UPI refunds typically appear within 24 hours of processing; card refunds may take 5–7 days depending on your bank.
Exchanges are available for size issues. Email returns@vasmyst.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead. Subject to availability.
Items that have been worn, washed, have tags removed, or show signs of use cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on items damaged due to improper care.
