SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA

We offer FREE shipping on all orders, with no minimum cart value. Vasmyst currently ships only within India.

DISPATCH TIMELINE

  • Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

We ship via reputed courier partners including Delhivery, Ekart, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees and India Post, managed through Shiprocket.

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3-5 business days
  • Tier-2 cities & state capitals: 5-7 business days
  • Remote / North-East / Hilly areas: 7-10 business days

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an AWB tracking number via email, SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your order is shipped. You can also track your order from your account on vasmyst.com or directly on the courier partner’s website.

PAYMENT MODES

  • Prepaid: UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net banking, Wallets, EMI — via Razorpay (RBI-licensed PA).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across most serviceable Indian pincodes. Please keep exact change ready — couriers usually do not carry change.

NON-SERVICEABLE PINCODES

If your pincode is non-serviceable by all our courier partners, our team will contact you within 24 hours and either suggest an alternate address or refund the order in full.

FAILED / RTO DELIVERIES

If a parcel is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address, customer unavailability after 3 attempts, or refusal to accept — please contact us within 7 days for a re-ship (additional shipping charges apply for prepaid; original COD orders cannot be re-shipped without prepayment).

PACKAGING & QUALITY

Every Vasmyst watch is shipped in a premium gift box, sealed and tamper-proof, along with a warranty card. We strongly recommend creating an unboxing video — this is mandatory evidence for any damage / missing-item claim.
