RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vasmyst we want you to love your watch. If something is not right, this policy explains exactly how returns and refunds work. By placing an order on vasmyst.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and free of scratches.
  • In its original packaging with all tags, warranty card, and accessories intact.
  • Accompanied by the order ID and original invoice.

2. HOW TO RAISE A RETURN

Email support@vasmyst.com or WhatsApp +91 63862 67741 with:

  • Order ID (from your confirmation email)
  • Reason for return
  • Unboxing video — mandatory for any damaged / wrong / missing-item claim
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Our team will respond within 24 working hours with the next steps.

3. RETURN ADDRESS

Returns will be picked up via reverse pickup (Shiprocket) at no extra cost wherever serviceable. If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, you will be asked to self-ship to:

4. REFUND TIMELINE (RBI-COMPLIANT)

Once your return is received and inspected (within 48 hours of delivery to our warehouse), we will refund the eligible amount to the original payment source. As per RBI guidelines, the credit timeline depends on your bank:

  • UPI / Wallets: Within 1–2 working days
  • Debit / Credit cards: 5–7 working days
  • Net banking: 7–10 working days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded as a bank transfer within 7–10 working days. We will request your account number and IFSC.

Refund initiation is acknowledged via email/SMS with a Razorpay refund ID (rfnd_xxx) which can be tracked.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order any time before it is shipped — just write to us. Once shipped, the order will follow the return process above.

6. DAMAGED / WRONG / MISSING ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged, wrong, or with missing accessories, please raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video. We will arrange free reverse pickup and either replace the item or refund you fully.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items used, worn, scratched, or with broken seals/tags.
  • Items returned without original packaging or warranty card.
  • Final-sale / clearance products clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

8. EXCHANGES

For the fastest exchange, return the original item under the policy above and place a fresh order. We do not run a separate exchange queue.

9. GST ON REFUNDS

Where GST has been collected, the equivalent GST component is also refunded with the principal amount, as per GST law. No deductions are made.
